Forum: forums Subject: Trouble with metadata error. Help needed.

According to http://www.archive.org/audio/audio-details-db.php?collection=opensource_audio&collectionid=newsfromneptune-2005-12-03, I didn't enter metadata and the submission system is waiting for me.

I did enter values into all of the fields when I submitted the entry and I resubmitted data when I first got the error. Updating the entry seems to not have fixed it.

Could the error be reworded to indicate what the user is supposed to do about it? I don't really understand what I did wrong either time I put in information.

How should I get the entry to proceed to verifying checksums and moving into the curator's queue?

Thanks.

Forum: forums Subject: Problem copying files back to upload server. Admin help needed.

Now the message says "ia12130.archive.org [20261]: Worker unable to copy files back to upload server. Waiting for admin to investigate.".

I don't know if the admins know about this, so I thought I'd post.

Thanks.

Forum: forums Subject: Has anyone had this problem before?

I don't know what the real problem is or if there's anything I can do to help fix it. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

Thanks.

Forum: forums Subject: Error submission form doesn't work for me.

I tried using the error form submission link on the item, but I can't get the button to actually submit my error report.

The odd thing about this is that other forms (such as the one used to post this message to the forums) works fine with the same browser, in the same browsing session. To me, this suggests that there isn't something wrong with my browser but something wrong with the error submission form.
